Q. Do I need to register an account with PropertyHomeOwners.net?

A. No. However every advertisement you put up needs to comply with standard advertising code and the responsibility still lies with you. We need your name/contact no so we can contact you shoud there be any liability arise from the misrepresentation of the advertisement.

Q. Do I need to co-broke with PropertyHomeOwners.net ?

A. Although, most of the time, the buyer will call you directly, on occasion, if the buyer prefer our services and any lead arising from the buyer contacting us, our agent will call you for co-broke.

Q. Where will my advertisement appear ?

A. Your advertisement will appear at the top or right hand side of the page with image, property reference#, and contact no. if you provide us the image (preferably 125 x 125). Otherwise, it will be listed in the property listing. We reserve the right to put it anywhere we deem fit.

Q. Why I do not get a reply from you?

A. Our experience tells us that if the user have a free email account (yahoo, hotmail), becuase of the spam filter, it is very likely that our reply will be blocked. We encourage you to white list our address so you will be able to receive our email.

Q. How much can I donate ?

A. The donation, in the form of tips is strictly voluntarily. Whatever amount you want to donate, you can fill in to the payment form. Your contribution will go toward defraying some of the cost for maintaining the site.

Q. How long do you keep the advertisement online ?

A. We will keep the advertisement online for three months unless it is sold earlier. Advertiser should inform us by email once the property is sold, this will save a lot of time for everybody.
